CGTC Football Ranks No. 8 Nationally in Total Offense
Warner Robins, Ga. - The Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Football team holds the No. 8 overall rank in team stats for Division-1 of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).
Through five games, the Titans have averaged 38 points per game, 26 touchdowns, 2 field goals, and 10 extra points.
The passing game led by freshman quarterback Brodie Savage, freshman wide receiver Kham Little, and field goal execution from freshman kicker, Luke Peterson, are where the Titans are making their mark. Savage has thrown 7 touchdowns, five of them caught by Little.
The Titans rank top-10 in both passing touchdowns, passing yards per attempt, and per completion. At a 100 percent completion rate for field goals, the Titans are 1st nationally.
"I am pleased to see where we are offensively," said head coach, Kato Hitson. "Our team is building effective habits and executing well that lead to winning plays."
The Titans are currently on an 11-game home winning streak, dating back to a perfect record in 2024. On Saturday, they face River City Prep at 6 pm, on Atrium Navicent Health Field in Warner Robins.
